Chris Bakes has 20 Years experience in the electrical trade and started what has become One Team Group in 2003 as a home business after completing his trade qualification. Chris oversees the business and deals directly with key clients to procure and deliver construction and service contracts across the country.

Narelle heads up the One Team Financial Group. Narelle joined Chris in One Team in 2006 and bought with her years of project management and financial experience from companies such as Telstra and the top 4 banks. Narelle has streamlined our financial processes and manages all aspects of the business financial structure.

Justin brings 30 years of electrical experience to One Team and has worked at senior management level for the majority of that time. Justin controls the day to day operation of the business including overseeing all field, site and management staff. Justin also has a business development role by procuring and introducing new possible client contacts.

Shaun completed his apprenticeship with One Team Electrical then went on to manage small construction sites, then to senior site manager and is now a Project Manger. Shaun runs several of our projects for key clients.

Jacqui is the friendly voice that will answer the phone when you call our office. Jacqui is also our payroll officer, accounts payable and staff liaison.

Patrick started and completed his apprenticeship with One Team electrical and was one of the original 3 guys that Chris employed over a decade ago.
Pat worked abroad for a couple of years in the electrical industry and returned into a management role in the business managing larger projects both in Victoria and interstate.
